What locations do I ship to?

We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery fees and transit times may vary depending on the destination.

How will my parcel be delivered, and how long does delivery take?

Your parcel will be shipped once the items are ready. We offer Express (1–2 business days), Standard (4–5 business days), and Economy (5–8 business days) delivery options. Depending on your location, your order may be delivered via FedEx, UPS, or Hong Kong Post.

How do I track the status of my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment. Please allow some time for tracking details to be updated by the carrier.

Can I make any changes to my order now it has been made?

We start to process your order as soon as you place it so that you receive your items as quickly as possible.  This means that if you change your mind or realize that you have made a mistake after placing your order, it is not possible to amend it.

However, it may be possible to cancel the order before picked and packed, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

What payment options do you offer?

What should I do if I encounter a payment issue and did not complete my payment?

If your payment was not completed, we recommend placing your order again using an alternative payment method. Should the issue persist, please contact us at micropal.club@gmail.com for further assistance.

How do I make a return?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds are only accepted for damaged items, and Micro Pal retains full discretion in determining whether a refund request meets the required conditions.

To initiate a return, please contact us at micropal.club@gmail.com. If your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

How long does my return and refund take?

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10–14 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to finalize the posting.
