A confirmation email will be sent once your order is placed, followed by a tracking number when your package is shipped.
In-Stock vs. Pre-Order Items

In-stock items: Usually shipped within 3–5 business days.

Pre-order / Non-stock items: Require longer preparation time and will be shipped in approximately 14–21 business days.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together based on the item with the longest lead time. If you prefer separate shipments, additional shipping fees will apply.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on weight and destination and will be shown at checkout.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may incur customs duties, taxes, or additional fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot predict or control these costs. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
5. Delivery Issues
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package if you encounter:

We will assist in following up with the courier.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all shipping information (name, address, phone number) is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or returned shipments caused by incorrect information. Additional fees for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.

Some countries or regions may restrict certain items. If your shipment cannot be processed due to such restrictions, we will notify you as soon as possible.
